My Thoughts: I had the opportunity to try out the new Vanilla Frosting Baked Classics® popped crisps. Their multigrain crisps are made for people looking for a healthy alternative to snacking, without sacrificing on flavor. At first, I was hesitant on trying these, as I didn't know how a vanilla frosted popped crisp would taste. Would it be too creamy? I wondered why someone would think of creating a vanilla frosting crisp. But, I had nothing to lose and ripped open a bag.

Usually, I love salty treats when it comes to chips and popped crisps in bags, but I have to say this sweet snack took me by surprise. As soon as I opened the bag of Vanilla Frosting popped crisps, I could smell the sweet aroma of vanilla. For a second, I thought I was about to enjoy a delectable dessert from a bakery. Each popped crisp combined just the right about of vanilla flavoring with the creamy taste of freshly whipped frosting, to make for an addictive, airy popped crisp. I couldn't stop eating these crisps. And, before I knew it, the bag was empty, and I was full and content.

The best part of the whole experience was that after finishing the bag, I knew that I had just ate a healthy alternative to fat-filled snacks, I would have otherwise grabbed on the go, as a busy mom.
